Siemens AG WM USB Modem

Our server (not virtual) was running with software from Activexperts Network Monitor including the siemens usb modem for sending sms. (without a problem)
I converted this server to virtual and use usb over network (trial) to connect my modem to this virtual server.

The modem is seen in hardware devices on COM5. But my software cannot contact this modem anymore. Also if i ask for diagnostics on this modem the message says:
"modem does not response".

Does anyone know what is going on?

I've already answered your email request. Please try Network Serial port Kit instead of USB over Network. The trial version is available here:

http://www.fabulatech.com/network-serial-port-kit-download.html

If your software can connect to the modem through its COM port then this solution should work fine. Let me know if not.
