USB Modem

I'm trying to connect a USB modem from a 64bit Windows 2008 R2 Server to a guest running 32 bit Windows XP pro.  The USR 5633 modem I'm using just doesn't want to work and I've e-mailed support.
 
Does anyone have a similar setup working and, if so, could you tell me what modem you have it working with?
