Cannot connect USB device

I have WinCE server 4.5 with connected USB scanner - on user interface showed withred dot. I see USB scanner on WinXP client 4.5.1, but when I try to connect I get message "Cannot connect USB device. Error (0). Module: IsbNetworkClient (483)."
What is wrong?

Hello Martin
Thank you for trying our software.
Please send us a log file that was created by our program on the xp machine so we can analyze your issue deeply.  
Log file is located at %systemroot%\system32\ftusbsvrc.log  
 
Please send it to support@fabulatech.com
