Silent/quiet mode installation with LICENSE_KEY

Hi,
 
I want to install it in quiet mode in default location but I want to give key in command line, Command is running but after opening UI it asks for KEY.
Can you provide me command please. I am using this:
C:\serial-port-splitter.msi /qb SHOW_SPLASH=0 CHECK_FOR_NEW_VERSION=0 OPEN_URL=0 LICENSE_KEY= <Not sure how to enter key here>

Dear customer,  
Please be aware that you need to past your license key this way:
 
C:\serial-port-splitter.msi /qb SHOW_SPLASH=0 CHECK_FOR_NEW_VERSION=0 OPEN_URL=0 LICENSE_KEY= <Not sure how to enter key here>  
 
This part <Not sure how to enter key here> should be replaced with "your license key"
 
And it will look like:  
C:\serial-port-splitter.msi /qb SHOW_SPLASH=0 CHECK_FOR_NEW_VERSION=0 OPEN_URL=0 LICENSE_KEY= "your license key"

I also have this query. How do I put the -----BEGIN SERIALPORTSPLITTER KEY BLOCK-----XXXX-----END SERIALPORTSPLITTER KEY BLOCK----- into it?
