Software starts on computers with administrators rights only. In ordinar user session don't start because of Error (5). Module:FtShellApp(244). What permissions needed? Thank you!

Please send your system information to support@fabulatech.com.
 
To get sysinfo you need to do the following:
Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information  
File -> Save
