HOw to full uninstall Serial port redirector??

Hi support. I installed Serial port redirector, but after uninstalling it i can see that the program is not removed fully. It kept  reg keys that can't be delated from my system and my Unlocking BOX's give problem with serial ports after it. How can i fix this, i don't want to reinstall windows for that. Is there any way to fix my problem?? Thank you!

Unfortunately, the only solution is to delete these registry entries manually. In fact, they were created by Windows, not by Serial Port Redirector.  
 
Your operating system creates registry entries for all new devices connected to your PC and saves system data about their drivers. In this way Windows saves time for recognizing and installing devices after re-plug.

Here is the key that i can't delate even in Safe mode, please help me in this case

As it was already mentioned, this key was created by your operating system, not by Serial Port Redirector. It is the way your OS works.
