Redirect a serial modem for vmware

I think I might have bought the wrong product.  My goal was to use a serial modem on a virtual system.  Can this be done with serial port redirector or should I have bought something else?

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Ekimmr,

OK, it seems that our Network Serial Port Kit is the proper solution for you. It allows to share modem (serial port) on physical side and create virtual COM port in virtual system side.
Communication software will use virtual COM port to talk to modem.

Network Serial Port Kit should be installed on both sides: your system and virtual system,

It would be great to know, how it works for you.

Thanks!
