Can you open multiple serial ports with different serial ports settings?

Yes, it is possible.  
 
Task:
- you are using Borland Controls and you need to open 3 ports with unique settings.  
Solution:
- place 3 controls on the form (one control per one form) and configure each of them in the way you need.
