Printing problem

Hello,
 
I just install Printer for Remote Desktop, trial mode for now, but I have the following problem: - When trying to print it takes about 30 seconds or more to print the bill.
 
Please Help!!!

Hi !
You can test the functionality of your printer within RDP session without our SW.
Run RDP session from any other Windows PC to your Printer for Remote Desktop (workstation) PC and try to print some docs.
Let me know your test results.

Hi, I will recommend you to read the user manual carefully but if you are still facing the same problems then contacting customer care may be the next option.
