Urgent help needed - Cannot fetch remote ports

Hi there,
 
we have paid for the software in full
 
I am trying to make a connection to another computer the same way i have done in the past over our network, but now i get the error  
 
Cannot fetch remote ports.
Error (2). Module: MspkShelllface (633).
 
 
 
Problem troubleshooting ways:
-Restart Windows and try again
-Reinstall program and try again
-Contact support team
 
Any idea what could be causing this? We have done the restart and reinstall.
We are running 6.1

Hi,
im testing the last 6.2.3 version with trial mode, i have the same issue but if i use version 5.8.11 it's working perfectly.
 
I'm running the program on Windows 10 ltsc (with both 6.2.3 and 5.8.11 version).
How can i fix this problem?
