1- i have a special hardware that i cant share it (i dont want that)
2- this hardware have comport and usb port detection .
3- i have some costumer who need use it .
4- i would make website where user's can connect to .

6- user's shoose the com port or usb port and click connect .
7- when they click connect there device will be connected to my special hardware (that i dont creat it "dont have source")

so it can be done by simple website or software .
its based on client server .

but im realy confused and i dont know what i need exactely for this .

ps: i can have multiple user's connected in the same time .

Thanks for your question.

So, if I understand correctly, there are some equipment with USB and COM ports. You can plug some devices directly to that equipment using USB and serial cables.

In your project you wish to do the following:

Your side:
The equipment is plugged to some PC by USB and serial cables.

Remote side:
Devices are plugged to user's PC using USB and serial cables.

Some software is installed on both computers that connects equipment and devices.

If that's so, I suppose that there will no any issues with serial devices. But as to USB, I'm not sure.
So, first of all, please check what USB and serial cables will you use in your case. Please check what port types are on your equipment and on user's devices. What cables will be used to connect it to PC? Please check that and double check. Especially check, in which way your equipment will be plugged to PC?

so i will discribe the project , 1 example is better than 1000 d�finitions hehe .

Mr Andrew have a phone that he can connect it on usb in his pc , and he want make an update for his phone .

Mr Salimus have an equipement that allow update the phone but only in local pc with phone connected in usb .

i want that Mr Andrew and Mr x (max 50) connect phones in there usb and use my equipement in my pc.

ok we can say that i can creat some application for user's and for server(me) to make it easy .

in client soft there will be a host specified wich will redirect all connection to my pc .

in server soft it will communicate with my special equipement .

ps: sorry sir Andrew im not a programmer and i heared about API , and i can get some good programmer to creat me client/server application .

im a boss of my compagnie and i would be informed good about all project in my compagnie its why i ask .
