I have a gps receiver unit with usb cable available for pc connection. Recently, i found some alternative mapping and gps applications which are able to connect to a gps unit only through a com (rs-232) port.
Hence, i want to know if it is possible to redirect my usb connection to a virtually created com (rs232) port so that those applications could communicate with my gps unit.
Is it possible? i could not find a suitable solution for problem. Would anybody like to help me please?
