Hi there,

I have a gps receiver unit with usb cable available for pc connection. Recently, i found some alternative mapping and gps applications which are able to connect to a gps unit only through a com (rs-232) port.

Hence, i want to know if it is possible to redirect my usb connection to a virtually created com (rs232) port so that those applications could communicate with my gps unit.

Is it possible? i could not find a suitable solution for problem.
Would anybody like to help me please?

As far as we know there is no such product on the market nowadays.

In any case, we are going to develop something like you described.

Thanks!
