Dell WYSE Thin Client Model #D10DP

Hi,

We have Dell WYSE Thin Client Model #D10DP. We want to implement USB fingerprint (BIO-key/CTTFD240001ERBA) to a Windows Server 2016 Terminal Services environment.

Testing so far shows that the thin client can recognize the USB fingerprint reader.  The reader can also be recognized when directly attached to the Windows Server 2016 host server.  The USB reader cannot be seen via a direct RDP session from the thin client to the host Windows 2016 Server.

We need to be able to pass-through the USB reader to a Windows 2016 Terminal Server running in a Hyper-V virtual machine.

Will the Biometrics for Remote Desktop product work for this issue?

Please do not hesitate to contact me for any questions.
