Strange alignment with Microsoft WDM Capture drive

Hi FabulaTech Guys,

We are really interested in purchasing your Webcam for Remote Desktop software, however it seems to have some issues when used by the Microsoft WDM Capture driver filter for directshow.

We are using a application that is able to capture images from a webcam through the Microsoft WDM capture driver which, from what I understood, is using directshow? The Webcam for Remotedesktop software is just working fine on the Remote Desktop Server; i've tested it by using VLC. However when used within the application the alignment is strange.

I have tested this from a Windows 8.1 desktop and a Windows 7 notebook with different webcams. In both cases the alignment is being 'messed-up' by the Microsoft WDM capture drive. The best way to explain is by sending you a screen capture of what is happening.
