Hi,
 
i'm just evaluating webcam for remote desktop for one of our customers. We want to user skype on a terminal server (win 2008 r2).
 
Every time a user logs off the error "The internal error occurred. The program cannot be restarted in the current session" occurs and no user can connect a camera until the next reboot of the server. I have tried reinstalling the server and workstation components.
 
Any suggestions? I would really like to use this product for our customer.
