Modify

I am hoping to find a solution that will allow multiple users to use individual webcams over an RDC concurrently. Will this software handle this?

You are welcome to test Webcam for Remote Desktop for your purpose:

You can redirect your own webcam to the remote side via your RDP session.
Please don't forget that other RDP users'll not be able to gain access to your camera.
