IGEL UD5 W7 + Citrix XenApp 7.5 on Server 2008 R2

Hi!
 
I'm running XenApp 7.5 on Windows Server 2008 R2 and can't get USB over network working.
I'm trying to connect from a IGEL UD5 W7 Thin Client (Fabultach USB Redirection Service activated) but all I get is "Cannot connect to workstation module".
I installed usb for remote desktop IGEL edition 5.0.2 64 bit on the server.
The preinstalled version on the thin client is the same but 32 bit.
What should I do?

I've installed the program now the message is "cannot connect to workstation module"  Huh Huh Huh
I've an Igel UD5-LX Black with a virtual maschine Windows 7.
Please help me.  Undecided

Please let me know the version of your Igel's firmware.
 
If you are using 5.06.101 / 5.0.6.100 version (http://www.myigel.biz/public/IGEL_UNIVERSAL_DESKTOP_FIRMWARE/LX/V5/lx_5.06.101.txt?forcedownload / http://www.myigel.biz/public/IGEL_UNIVERSAL_DESKTOP_FIRMWARE/LX/V5/lx_5.06.100.txt?forcedownload) you must use 5.1 beta 5 version of USB for Remote Desktop (server) on your Windows 2008 PC.
 
If you are using 5.05.100 version (http://www.myigel.biz/public/IGEL_UNIVERSAL_DESKTOP_FIRMWARE/LX/V5/lx_5.05.100.txt?forcedownload) you must use 5.0.6 version of USB for Remote Desktop (server) on your Windows 2008 PC.
 
Check the "Enable FabulaTech USB Redirection" option on the follow sections:
1) Session - RDP/ICA - RDP/ICA Global - FabulaTech USB Redirection;
2) System - Firmware Customization - Features - FabulaTech USB Redirection.
Check the status of "RDP legacy mode" option on the following section:
Session - RDP - RDP Global - Options.
