Hi,
I have a client with IGel Universal Desktop 2 connecting to a Windows 2003 terminal server. I'm trialing USB for Remote Desktop to forward USB flash drives, a label printer and a scanner. So far it works perfectly forwarding the flash drivers and printer, however when the user trys to scan the session drops and the scan does not reach its destitnation. Scanner is an Epson GT-S50.
What should I do to further troubleshoot this?
