Hello there, just to give u a quick breakdown, i work for a medical group that has 2 outlying sites that connect to our network via cisco VPN client and RDP into a windows 2003 server box. We have 2 logitech Quickcam OrbitAF cameras connected at the sites. I got the software to recognize the cameras fine. We use GE Centricity EMR version 9.2. It picks the camera up ok after you redirect, but we are having issues with it giving a BSOD "Blue screen of death" I have the dmp file an it points to the afd.sys file. The front desk person in one of the remote sites states when she goes to snap a picture of a patient to put in the chart, the system blue screens. Any help on what i should do?

Hello Sean,

I've got your e-mail request and have already replied it. We need to get kernel memory dump from you and system information. All the instructions you will find in your e-mail message.
