We are running a citrix farm, 4.0.
servers are windows 2003 sp2
clients are neoware be-b1-cb ver 7
would like to use sig pads on some clients, gift card reader, d/l scanner, all of them can connect via usb.

am I in the correct forum and are there anybody out there that is doing this without the devices dropping off for no good reason.

If you are doing this, Please give a step by step (devices used and what software) of how you did this, it would be very much appreciated.

thanks much

Dear Customer,

Here at Fabulatech we're more than interested in resolving your issue.
As far as I understand, your USB devices are actually working, but occasionally they are disconnected and not seen by the server machine, right?

I'll need to know some further information in order to be able to tell you what this is caused by.

Please send an email to support@fabulatech.com with a detailed description of the problem, system\hardware information, as well as step-by-step description of your actions when the devices are dropping off. What particular devices are dropping off? What are their models?

Thanks.
