Can't reboot Server 2003 once connected!

I have a virtual Server 2003 machine running on an ESX box. As soon as I connect to the remote device, i can't reboot. I get the "Windows shutting down" dialog, then just a grey screen. I've tried this on multiple machines with no luck. Any hints?

Can your try to use latest 2.6 Beta version of product and let us know about your results?
