Windows command prompt utility (usbclncmd.exe)

Hi!
I have some questions about cmd utility - "usbclncmd".
1. `usbclncmd list -a` always returns null as s/n, but GUI client shows correct s/n. Is it bug?
2. How can I determine iManufacturer and iSerial strings (not ids) from cmd?
3. How can I determine device type from cmd (mass storage / webcam /or other)?
4. How can I determine device model or full device ids with out connection?
5. Do You have API for service to interact via code or scripts?

Thanks  Smiley
