According to official document operation:
sudo tar -zxvf ftusbnet-*.tar.gz -C /opt � � � � ~~~~~~Implementation success
sudo cp /opt/ftusbnet/doc/ftusbnet.conf /etc � � ~~~~~~Implementation success
sudo /path/to/ftusbnetd � � � � � � � � � � � � �~~~~~~No such file or directory

Yes, Windows Client can freely connect Linux Server.
