Igel UD3 - Citrix XenDesktop 7.6

Hi,
 
we are using above combination and now trying to evaluate the USB-over-Network IGEL Edition.
 
Our Igels have 5.0.4, the Windows 2008R2 server 5.02 installed. Connecting devices seems to work, Iphone will be connected as Iphone.
 
We are interested in about 250 licenses, but need to be able to connect Fujitsu Siemens Scanner to the Thinclients. Drivers are installed to. But Fabulatech shows it as unknown device.
 
Is it possible to connect the scanners?
 
Any advice would be appreciated.

well, still received nothing. This doesnt make me look Forward and really wishing to buy a bunch of licensed to be honest.....
