Linux Client, Windows Server. ftvusbnetctl help

ftvusbnetctl list shows nothing useful. v5.0.5 on Windows end.

What are VID, PID, and REV? Ah - looking at the About dialog for the shared device gives me likely looking values..

Nope. Shouldn't there be some way from the client of seeing what server(s) are available? The server seems to be the info that is missing here..

UPDATE: After restarting the Client, I got all weird stuff from ftvusbnetctl, so I ran ftvusbnetd -d SERVER again just to make sure it was running. Still weird stuff. ./ftvusbnetctl list shows this:

Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "./ftvusbnetctl", line 40, in <module>
    d = list_devices()
  File "./ftvusbnetctl", line 15, in list_devices
    s.connect(SOCKET_NAME)
  File "<string>", line 1, in connect
socket.error: [Errno 111] Connection refused

UPDATE: Now, after finding the ftvusbnetd usage, I try
./ftvusbnetd -d 140.232.230.151:33000
which seems to work (no error, at least)
then I tried again
./ftvusbnetctl connect 0x03f0:0x0125
no error, at least..

now what? Shouldn't the USB device show up as if I just plugged into the linux box? Or do I have to go rummaging around in devs or something?
