5.0 firewall setup on Windows 8

I had to create a special rule for port 33000 in the Windows Firewall with Advanced Security on Windows 8 in order to allow my 5.0 clients to see the 5.0 server.
 
Has anyone else run into this problem?

Trying to connect with an XP client and a Windows 8 client. Neither one would see the Windows 8 server until I turned off the firewall on the server.
