Could you please test "USB over Network v 5.0" locally? Just install Server and Client parts on one computer. In the GUI of the client part enter "localhost". Will it see the server?  
 
Also please send me the following so I could investigate the issue more thoroughly:
 
- The system information of both PC's where USB over Network (Server and Client) are installed. To get system information file  you need to do the following: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System Information File -> Save.  
 
- The USB over Network log files. Please look for the logs in %systemroot%\system32 folder (or if your PC is x64 then in %systemroot%\syswow64). The log file names should be:
ftusbsrv.log - for USB over Network Server
ftusbsrvc.log - for USB over Network Client

I tried to install usb over network 5.0 on two my hyper-v 2012 and receive error:

 
I tried to manually start the service program, but saw that it depends on ftusbload2, but in the list of the service I can't found it.

"ftusbload2.sys" is a driver. I met this issue before in old versions, I suppose you have one. I will send you the new link via private messages. As usually unistall current version from all the computers and reboot them before installing the new one.

Serge Frost, when do you think you will release the new version? I have installed Win8 and I want to test it in order to see if it's useful to me or not.

Version 4.9 will be released today or tomorrow. It is based on the redirection technology of version 5.0 and is compatible with new operating systems and USB 3.0.

We (as Divan corporation) has a former licence:
Program   = 300075814
Description    = USB over Network (1 USB device)
Number of copies    = 1
ShareIt Ref #  = 416057045
And we would like to buy and install this for Windows 2012 Server.
Our tests (based on BETA version) are seems OK.
So, if you're putting guarantee about compatibality with Windows 2012, we're ready to buy a licence again.

Hello Ogün. Version 5 is really stable. The customers' feedback was positive. Moreover you have already tested it and it works ok. Version 5 is compatible with Windows Server 2012.
