Please follow the instructions below to solve this issue:

Firstly download the cleaner tools:
ftp://castle.colonet.net/upload/CleanUp/msicuu2.exe
ftp://castle.colonet.net/upload/CleanUp/UsbNet/usbnetcln-cleaner-Intel.msi
ftp://castle.colonet.net/upload/CleanUp/UsbNet/usbnetcln-cleaner-x64.msi
ftp://castle.colonet.net/upload/CleanUp/UsbNet/usbnetsrv-cleaner-Intel.msi
ftp://castle.colonet.net/upload/CleanUp/UsbNet/usbnetsrv-cleaner-x64.msi

Note: You need to have administrator rights to perform the below.

1. run regedit ( Start -> Run -> regedit) Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}. Find parameter "UpperFilters" and remove the following words from its ValueData - “ftusbload” and “ftusbload2” (doubleclick on "UpperFilters" and edit text in Value Data field)
2. On PC where USB over Network Server is installed run usbnetsrv-cleaner-Intel (or usbnetsrv-cleaner-x64 if OS is 64 bit)
3. On PC where USB over Network Client is installed run usbnetcln-cleaner-Intel (or usbnetcln-cleaner-x64 if OS is 64 bit)
4. Reboot the system
5. Run msicuu2.exe and remove everything related to USB over Network
6. Reboot the system

Dear customer,

Removing the "ftusbsrvc" key from the registry

HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services

should allow the program to install the latest version without issues.

That could work but that entry is not in the registry and ftusbload2 is a Kernel Driver and it seems like FabulaTech has not designed it to be dynamically unloaded, thus, requiring a reboot. Crappy!

Even though ftusbload2 was not in the registry, if I typed sc delete ftusbload2 it would reply:

[SC] DeleteService FAILED 1072: The specified service has been marked for deletion.

I searched for hours and there is no way around that.

If I typed sc query ftusbload2

SERVICE_NAME: ftusbload2
   TYPE     : 1  KERNEL_DRIVER
   STATE    : 4  RUNNING
       (STOPPABLE, NOT_PAUSABLE, IGNORES_SHUTDOWN)
   WIN32_EXIT_CODE    : 0  (0x0)
   SERVICE_EXIT_CODE  : 0  (0x0)
   CHECKPOINT    : 0x0
   WAIT_HINT     : 0x0

I have no idea where you got ftusbsrvc from. Are you a support tech? Shocked
