Server kills (non-shared IR receiver) usb device

Hi

The Server software kills my usb IR receiver, even when the receiver isn't shared. Also kills bluetooth mouse (via usb bt tongle)

Receiver appears in available devices to share like other USB devices.

I've tried various options under Troubleshooting (yes, i had to share briefly to do this, and I've un-shared again)

Other than this problem, software working as expected. I tried 2 types of IR receiver, changing ports, rebooted etc to no avail.

Suggestions much appreciated.

W7 64-bit
4.5.3 Server and Client

Cheers

Eddy

Hello marketingdevices,

Please send us an email to support@fabulatech.com with a detailed description
of the issue you are facing with. Also send us the following information so we can investigate the issue.

- Order of actions you do to reproduce the issue.
- The system information of both PC's where USB over Network (Server and

Client) is installed. To get system information file  you need to do the

following: Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> System

Information File -> Save.

- The USB over Network log files. Please look for the logs in

%systemroot%\system32 folder (or if your PC is x64 then in

%systemroot%\syswow64). The log file names should be:

ftusbsrv.log - for USB over Network Server

ftusbsrvc.log - for USB over Network Client
Some screeshots will be highly appreciated

Thanks.
