USB OVER NETWORK with  a Plantronics Headset

I have problems using my USB headset on a HyperV Virtual machine. I can hear sounds comming from the virtual machine, using a local usb port for my headset. But when i try to use interaction client, it wont work.
 
But, when i use it in SKYPE, it works.
 
i do some research of interaction client software, and it uses the same engine that the (Microsoft Self Audio Test) uses, so if it doesnt work there, it wont work with interaction client.
 
Can anybody help me?
