Can i use it over wireless router in Lan.I have netgear  
wireless router.If so how to configure it,explain detailedly.

Sorry we cannot tell you how to configure your router because we don't have the same model here. Basically all you need to do is make your PC's accessible from each other and open port 33000 (set by default) for our program.
