Cannot Install Client in Windows 7

The client install begins and appears to be proceeding normally.  It gets as far as installing the client icon on the desktop and opening the Usb-over-Network web page.  Then the install terminates, with a message that there is an error and that the install will terminate.  There is no message what the error was.
 
Anybody have any ideas?

The error message should contain the error code, could you please reproduce it and do a screenshot of the error message and send it to support@fabulatech.com?
