Connect local Virtual-PC

Hello!
 
Could you please help me, I´m trying to connect a webcam to a microsoft virtual-pc 2007. Host and guest are running XP Prof 32 bit. I installed your server application on the host and the client on the guest system. I use the default port to connect but can´t connect client and server.
How do I have to I have to config the network-adapter(s)? And what adress do I have to use for the client-application 127.0.0.1?

Please check  
1. if the versions on both sides are the same,]
2. there are no firewalls or antiviruses blocking the connection
3. In the client application enter the server's IP address. To check it go to the server machine, RUN - CMD - ipconfig
