HASP Dongle + ESX 3.5

Hi There  
I am very confused, I am running a server that requires a HASP key on ESX 3.5. When I first pluggeg the key into a windows server and loaded your software, I was able to see the key on the virtual server and my software loaded. Suddenly it has stopped working. I see the Aladdin Key under USB devices, but for some reason the software is asking me to insert the HASP ?? Huh.
I have reinstalled the latest version of your software to no avail.
Can anyone think of anything that might have gone awry ?
Any help appreciated.
