can see traffic on one device, not another

Hi,

For one device, USB Monitor Pro has helped me greatly, thanks!

But now I'm trying to debug a device of which I cannot see any traffic using USB Monitor Pro.

The former presents itself as a mass-storage device and uses some bizarre protocol to request custom data from it. It also doens't require USB2.0

The latter is a USB TV tuner, requiring USB2.0, and doesn't adhere to the standard protocol either.

I use the same filter settings (show everything) for both. When I use the monitor to start monitoring a hot-plugged device, I only see the initial IRP_MN_START_DEVICE event, nothing more.

Is there any way a driver can "hide" the traffic from the usb monitor? Any suggestions what to try next? I already reinstalled the monitor software. I have no other monitoring applications running.

Thanks
