Sound over RDP Double Hop

Is it possible to enable Sound over RDP through two Remote Desktop Sessions?
The scenario is that the user needs to remote desktop to a "jumpserver", then once logged onto the "jumpserver", the user then does remote desktop to another server.  The audio based application would reside on the last server, not the intermediate server.

Unfortunately it is not possible.The only way to make it working - make it in one hop.
