Sound Quality

Sound over RDP works very well for remote use of Dragon Natural Speeking 11. My dsl transmission works with 3 Mbit/sec.  The only problem is sometimes the poor sound quality arriving at the remote computer. I use s good headset from Dragon. But the received audio sounds noisy. How can I control the band width and sampling rate of the transmitted sound?

Gerhard,

Does the bad quality happen all the time or sometimes? Can you please describe it? The sound quality depends not from the bandwidth but rather from latency and the quantity of dropped packets.

The bad sound quality seems to be constant. Its the same in the morning and in the evening. I can send you sample files recorded at my home computer and the remote computer. Best wishes Gerhard
