Muxing of Virtual ports

We want to work with different applications independently using the virtual ports created by this serial port splitter. can someone in the group let us know how we can do that?

Hi
You can use SPS virtual ports by two ways:
- split your physical serial port;
- share your physical port.
 
In the first case ("split" option) you are splitting your serial port to some virtual serial ports (for example: you are splitting physical com1 to com2/com3/com4/... ports) for your different applications.
In the second case ("share" option) you are sharing your serial port and can use  this port for all your different applications.

will the driver execute "AT+CMUX=0,0,5," as this create Muxed port?
