Would you please send me tool, so that i can read and (if possible) control baud rate of serial (RS 232C) using javascript in my jsp application. Thank you in advance :)

We've included WEB example since 2.0 version of our control.
Please refer to Serial Port Control\ActiveX\Examples\Web Scripting folder in our SDK.
