5100 Printer Error

I am getting error 5100 while printing, any ideas what to do regarding?

Hi !
Usually this error code (5100) is saying that the ink carriage has problems.
In my opinion this is the technical problem of your printer.

Hi !
You can plug your printer to the remote PC and try to reproduce the issue without FabulaTech redirection.

Please let me know the following:
- your ShareIt reference number (base order number);
- version of Printer for Remote Desktop (workstation/server);
- version and bit rate of your OS on Printer for Remote Desktop (workstation/server) side;
- manufacturer and model of your printer;
- all steps for reproducing this issue (make the screenshot of error message if you can).
